I suck at Ring Dips

And presses generally.

What follows is Crossfit Full Circle's WOD from 11-13-08.
It took me 9:26 to complete, and I assure you that 6+ minutes of it was probably dips.

Dude, ring dips are hard, and you did a great job with that workout. But it's comforting for us mere mortals to know there's at least one thing at which you are not totally awesome.
