It's seven sets of five with 155lbs, which is in excess of bodyweight at this point.
That is a great feeling.

I did some research on this program after your last email. It looks brutal. I'd consider giving it a shot, but only AFTER I get my squat form fixed. And we're not there yet. Sigh.
Nice looking OHS. It would be worth the drive down just to get you to coach me on those.
