Hey man - I saw your pull-up station and it looks great. Can you email exactly how you put it together, materials, etc @ sterlingpurdy@gmail.com? Thanks. -Sterling

Jason, you need to work on your form here. I see that you really "heart" snatch, but be careful with your form or you could hurt yourself.

LOL, it's called "snatch".

don't laugh. people injure themselves all the time snatching.

TOTALLY TRUE.

Hey Jason, I'm glad you realize the danger of this movement. I have witnessed clients due serious damage to their shoulders, back, and knees working this movement before I helped them. I'm glad you recognize the serious nature of this lift. Improve your form for safety, always!!!!!

SHIT YEAH I DO!

But I am still gonna snatch every day. Sometimes 2-3 times a day.

Like they do in Mother Russia.

Oh, my bad Jason, I didn't realize you were Russian. But check this out, if you live in America, which I'm guessing you do, Americans train hard and well too, and had a tremendous showing in the last World's strongest man competition, with 4 of the top 10 dudes! If you are Russian, my apologies, but if you are American, try to be patriotic man, it will help you out. And always remember, SAFETY FIRST!!!!!!

In Russia, safety firsts you.

Jason, I am not as familiar with Russia as you are since you are at least part Russian, but I'm not sure what you mean by "Russia firsts you". That doesn't make sense to me. Is it a communist mantra or something? Let me know!!!

no, it's a Yakov Smirnov joke.

A popular american comedian, one which many people who grew up in the USA are familiar with.

Very funny Jason!!! I remember Yakov, very funny! I know you heart snatch, but remember, start off with the movement and get the base fundamentals down first before adding much weight, then move up after you have mastered the form. You can do it bud!!!!
