Is this good? You are swinging way too much. I can do that many without swinging.
Jason, how are you? Your form is pretty bad here. You need to concentrate on keeping your lower body stable as you pull up using your arms and lats. Let me know if you want any tips on this, I can help you out.
but how do you like the music though?
