Did you guys see the adorable black 'CAP' bell they had, all the way up to 20lbs?
I didn't see the lil one...I was too busy marveling at the 70 pounder's girth...It's kind of light years away from my current trusty 53 pounder...Phew, I'm going to have to work towards 70 (or at least low reps)...I'll have to sign up for one of your classes if I get stuck. Oh yeah, thanks for the tip!
i like using the jerk with really heavy weights, and just getting lots of lockout time. It gives me more confidence for other skills;
