is carrying Kraiburg Bumpers now!
They are pricing them at $2/pound before shipping, which is a fair price. However, they are on sale for about $1.50/pound before shipping, which is a REALLY GOOD price.
Kraiburgs have become the industry standard when it comes to economical training bumpers. You can't go wrong with this as you're garage gym work horse!
They have always been very fair with me on shipping, as I am here in VA and they are in SC. Pretty awesome deal!
I am looking at buying about ~150lbs or so, and they are pricing them at about $.40/pound for shipping too, so all said and done, it looks like about $1.90 per pound to my door.
I'll be sure to let you know how fast they get here!

i ordered them 8/11, they arrived 8/13. They are nice. Maybe even a little more solid than the Wright Rubber bumpers. Also the international standard size (17.7 vs WR= 18.1). Slightly more narrow, so you can fit a little more weight on the bar. Druthers? Cheap Kraiburg.
Can't wait to see the designs out of Garage Gym Store when they finish their own line.
Sweet - thanks for the review. I have Wright's 10# and 15# bumpers at home, but I need a set of 25#s. Maybe I'll give these a shot.
you'll be pleased
You like the Kraibergs better than the Wrights? I thought the opposite, although it may have been because the Kraibergs I used were older than the new Wrights that I got.
I have seen a lot of old Kraiburgs still in service.
Can't say the same for Wright yet. They are a very similar design really, and the Wright's are substantially cheaper.
But my brass inserts are coming lose already (after about 8 weeks of use by about four people. Seriously, they get used three times a day max).
