lol, you aren't that strong. You are skinny. My boyfriend is much stronger and looks better too.

your boyfriend sounds like quite a catch.

Jessica Miller said...

He is! He is more man than you will ever be and can bench and squat WAY more than you! He could kick your ass easily.

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

hey that's why I am here. cannon fodder for the modern day ubermen like your 'boyfriend'.

He's not from Canada by any chance?

I hear you are talking crap to my girlfriend about me. Why don't you stop picking on little girls and try taking on a man for a change punk! Tell me where you are and I will come find you.

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

i felt as though I was the one being picked on; or at least compared unfavorably to you fine sir.

from what I hear your quite the man.

and apparently not from canada.

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

ps: who are you people?

Curtis said...

Why don't you tell me where I can find you Jason, and we can have a nice little chat about all this.

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

mostly I am at my gym.

Curtis said...

Nice. Tell me where your gym is and we can have a little meeting there.

Jessica, you should not call names. Jason, this is not functional, but looks fun at least. I hope you enjoyed yourself here making this video.

Curtis,

Have you read the comments above? I missed the part where Jason was 'crap to my girlfriend about' you. Seems all harmless to me.

Chill out man...working out is supposed to relieve stress bro!

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

crandall? what's not functional about being able to do a handstand pushup?

what if I want to stand up? on my hands?

Crandall, CPT, AFPA said...

Yes, exactly, that is the point Jason. Unless you are a gymnast, and will be standing on your hands everyday, this is not functional. Your practice should focus on movements which will assist you with everyday living. If you want I can draw you up a program once I get some details from you. We can rock it!!!!

Matt, Crandall, stay out of this. First off, what the fuck kind of name is "Crandall"? Don't you ever post to my gf again. This is between me and Jason as he knows very well. I found that you are in Richmond Jason. I think I might have to stop by and we can hash out our differences and have a workout contest.

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

one warning re: workout contest.

My gym does not have a bench.

Dang Curtis! Anger Management maybe? That was a funny movie btw! Seriously, not sure if a 'workout contest' would be fair since one is natural and the other seems to be juiced. Just my 2cents though...what do I know apparently. :D

Crandall, CPT, AFPA said...

Curtis, please don't talk to Jason that way again. Jason, if you are serious about working out, use the bench at the gym if you don't have one. I can give you good sites to buy a bench from if you need one for your gym. Remember, having music can help, but don't rely on it!!!!

Jason Struck, CSCS RKC said...

seriously?

This has gone too far. Crandall; I will be deleting all your posts at my earliest convenience.

You other people; seriously I have no idea who you are. I haven't said shit to anybody and I don't take being threatened lightly. While my gym does not have a bench press it does have swords, and I was taught by monks to use them. As ridiculous as that sounds (I know it is) it is also true. NCSMAA class of '03 Mutha Fucka.
