Kettlebell Class Starting soon in Richmond

RiverCity Physical Culture and Crossfit RVA are teaming up to offer another 6 week course in kettlebell lifting for beginners.

I am always asked, "what will we learn?"

Well, here's a quick preview:



There will of course be plenty more, but rest assured, if you come in a beginner you will leave with excellent technique in all of the basics, especially the swing, clean and jerk, press and windmill! More than enough to send you well on your way to becoming an unstoppable killing machine. Just like Fedor.

I will learn to get the hang of it.

This would be the perfect thing for you Lenny- Come in 2-3 mornings a week, do some jits at night.
We are going to do about 30 mins of theorizin' and about 30 mins of pukin'. Gunna be good!
