Superer Squats

First, nice use of the word "superer". Second, was that a new 1RM for your squat? Third, what's the AMRAP workout you did at the end - how many double KB cleans + chin-ups? I must not have been paying attention.

I have hit 305lbs before. This was the detraining i was telling you about.
I suspect my max is about 275-290lbs right now.
I did 47 reps of the dbl KB and 35 of the chins both in 10 minutes. It's another hypertrophy program, EDT, to complement the squatting, eating and milking.
I have gained about 11 pounds in the last ten days, but that was from a real fasty low to a very bloated high.
